Terms & Conditions

Faulty and defective products
In addition to your rights under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law) all our products are fully covered by us if they are defective. San Andrés will refund, exchange or replace any such item which is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect or through any fault of our own. Damage or fault as a result of misuse, accident, abuse or otherwise intentional is not included in this policy and will only be returned at the sole discretion of San Andrés. Any breach of our terms of service or privacy policy will nullify any and all warranties offered by us, not excluding your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Lifetime Warranty
San Andrés will repair or replace your jewellery if it breaks as a part of normal use, such as broken links and clasps. This is in addition to our standard quality guarantee. Every order includes a jewellery care guide which explains how to care for your jewellery. The guarantee does not extend to any damage or breakage which is due to misuse, accident, abuse, intentional damage, normal wear and tear (such as scratching), improper care or any other such unreasonable instance. If the original item is no longer available, we can exchange it for a similar item of your choice, or we may offer a store credit. In order to validate a warranty claim, we may request photos, videos or a physical return of the item so we can conduct an inspection. If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover all related shipping costs.

30 Day Returns
If you change your mind on an item, send it back within 30 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase. Item may be worn, but should be in resale-able condition, so it shouldn't be scratched or damaged in any way. If the item is damaged or not resale-able, we may offer a partial refund or exchange only. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer for change of mind, however replacement items will be shipped back to customer free of charge.
